It hasn't been long since I started using it, so I can't explain in detail, but overall it feels soft and has enough space to put your arms to the sides, allowing for a natural posture. I've tried several memory foam pillows, and this one isn't bad for the price. I'm still quite satisfied with it haha.

The product is exactly as described, it arrived compressed so I left it for a full day to take its final shape. It's a super good product for me, I highly recommend it as I was suffering from neck pain, it has helped me a lot to improve that area, the neck pain has disappeared, and I sleep very well.
